SPA RESERVATIONS
We recommend you schedule your spa appointment a week in advance to enjoy the best selection of times. A major credit card is required to hold a reservation. Appointments are subject to availability. Please call 844-525-5274 or book your appointment online.
CHANGE/LATE OR CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. When less than 24 hour notice is given 50% of the service will be charged for the cancellation/reschedule. Same day cancellations/reschedule of appointments will be charged $50 or 50% of service booked whichever is greater(NO EXCEPTIONS). No show appointments will be charged the full value of the service. This fee is non-transferrable nor refundable. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it may be cancelled and you will be charged according to the same day cancellation/reschedule fee of $50 or 50% whichever is greater.

left to your discretion. There is a suggested tipping chart at the front desk for your convience

PRODUCT AND SERVICE RETURN POLICY

Haven Spa Company provides testers and or samples for our product. We do our best to make sure our customers are completely happy with their product selection and know how to use it their products. We will refund or exchange any of our skin care with a receipt within 2 weeks of purchase date. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any other products or services.
